You may have heard of the good doctor through the mouths (no pun intended) of Tinsley Mortimer, Frédéric Fekkai, as <strong>Dr. Butensky</strong> tends to the pearly whites of many of New York City’s social elites. I don’t typically cover dentists, but I thought I would go out on a limb with this one. I never think of dentists as "fabulous," but you know what? <strong>Dr. Butensky</strong> is fabulous—and he also happens to be very dashing! I put this handsome, rock-climbing, heli-skiing dentist to the test when I went to get my teeth bleached. He first gently covered my gums with a protectant, then used a bleaching agent by UltraDent that whitened my teeth in only 30 minutes. <strong>Dr. Butensky</strong> was very gentle, careful, and attentive throughout the process, and his assistant sat by me the entire time to make sure all was going well. His impeccably clean office (with no dentist smell whatsoever) is complete with a flat-screen TV so you won’t get bored while you’re waiting for your teeth to get whitened. If you are in search of a new dentist, <strong>Dr. Butensky</strong> might be just your guy. Oh, and his office called the next day to make sure my teeth weren’t too tender from the procedure.
